In the News: College Station explores closing parts of Boyett Street for pedestrian safety in North

The city of College Station could soon be closing parts of Boyett Street during peak bar hours to help improve pedestrian safety in the busy Northgate district. 


As the city continues a more comprehensive study of the area, some temporary fixes could be put in place in early August before the start of Texas A&M's next academic year to help protect the patrons who regularly stream out of bars into Boyett Street.
