Sheriffs from Ellis, Feestone, Grimes, Leon, Limestone, Madison, Navarro, and Waller counties host a press conference in front of the Grimes County Courthouse on Thursday to express their public safety concerns related to the proposed high speed rail between Dallas and Houston.
