TxDOT regrets to notify drivers that the reopening of the flyover bridge from East Bound FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway) to South Bound FM 2154 (Wellborn Road) in College Station, that was scheduled to reopen tomorrow morning, has been delayed due to the cold temperatures.  The low temperatures experienced over the last couple of nights have delayed the curing of the concrete on the repaired bridge rail.  For the safety of the travelling public, TxDOT will delay the reopening until the bridge rail has cured to sufficient concrete strength.  We will continue to monitor and check the concrete strength and reopen the bridge as soon as an acceptable strength is achieved to protect the public.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of the public during this extended closure.
